David is the Managing Partner of Karanja & Gisore Advocates and has been in practice since 2011. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Certified Arbitrator and Certified Mediator, he brings sharp commercial instinct and meticulous attention to every mandate he handles.
His practice spans commercial transactions, corporate advisory, contract negotiation, land law, and dispute resolution. David's approach is grounded in preventive lawyering — identifying legal exposure early and structuring transactions to protect clients before risks become costly disputes.
Gibson is a Partner and an Environmental Law advocate with over 10 years of practice and consultancy experience. An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Certified Arbitrator and Certified Mediator, he holds an LL.M in Environmental Law and is pursuing a PhD at the University of Nairobi.
He has contributed to landmark policy work, including the drafting of the Mining Bill and EMCA amendments in the Senate Committee. Gibson also lectures Environmental Impact Assessment at Kenyatta University School of Law, bringing rigorous academic grounding to his client work.
